Format Ig-fraction, Purified
Spezifität CD8 molecule is composed of two chains termed alpha and beta. CD8 is found on a T cell subset of normal cytotoxic/suppressor cells which make up approximately 20 to 35 % of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The CD8 antigen is also detected on natural killer cells, 80% of thymocytes, on a subpopulation of 30% of peripheral blood null cells and 15 to 30% of bone marrow cells.

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
