Spezifität: B cell specific octamer binding protein-1 (BOB-1) is a lymphocyte specific transcription co activator protein. B-cell-specific transcription is mediated by octamer motifs found in immunoglobulin heavy and light chain gene promoters and in some immunoglobulin enhancers. These sites are bound by the B cell specific Oct1and Oct2 transcription factors, and the B-cell restricted co activator BOB.1/OBF.1. This protein interacts only with the Oct1/2 proteins through sub domains in the POU domain of the Oct1/2 proteins. This antibody cross reacts with human and mouse.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50 to 1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil.
