Spezifität: COX-2 is a mitogen-inducible form of Cyclooxygenase, which is expressed in response to various inflammatory stimuli. COX-2 staining increases in the more differentiated, suprabasal keratinocytes of normal skin. COX-2 is expressed in epithelial and interstitial cells of adenomatous polyps and Colon adenocarcinomas.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature treatment of formalin-fixed tissue sections with 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 must be performed prior to the immunostaining. Positive Control: Colon Ca.
