Spezifität: This antibody with a protein of 165-170 kD. Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Regulator (CFTR) is composed of two membrane-spanning domains (MSD), two nucleotide-binding domains (NBD) and one R domain. It is structurally similar to multidrug resistance protein (Mdr1). CFTR is found in the apical membranes of epithelia within the pancreas, intestine, bile duct, sweat gland and male genital ducts. CFTR is a valuable marker of human pancreatic duct cell development and differentiation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Pancreas.
