Spezifität: This antibody is specific to 160 kD protein known as Factor XIIIA. Factor XIII is a beta-globulin found in plasma and is composed of two subunits. Factor XIII-A is the catalytic subunit and is a dimmer of M.W. 160 kD. Factor XIII is a dermal dendrocyte marker and shows variable reaction with these types of tumors.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues.
