Spezifität: This antibody is specific to cytokeratin 13, 14, 15 and 16. This antibody stains squamous carcinomas and adenosquamous carcinomas but does not stain adenocarcinoma. This antibody is useful in differential staining of squamous carcinomas from adenocarcinomas and to differentiate benign and malignant tumors of prostate glands.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require digestion with Protease XXV at 1mg/ml PBS for 5 minutes at 370C. Positive Control: Skin. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
