Spezifität: This antibody is specific to mature granulocytes. It does not react with other types of cells in human tissues. BM2 react with early precursor and mature forms of human myeloid cells. This antibody is useful in the detection of myeloid leukemia and granulocytic sarcoma.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
