Spezifität: This antibody is specific to CD45RB isoform of Leukocyte Common Antigen (LCA) family, which is comprised of at least four isoforms (CD45RA, CD45RB, CD45RC and CD45RO) with molecular weight of 180 kD to 220 kD. CD45 is expressed on hematopoietic cell lines but is absent on nonhematopoietic tissues.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
