Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen Peptide corresponding to amino acids 1839-1863 of the c-terminus of BRCA1.
Format Supernatant
Isotyp IgM  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon GLK-2
Spezifität BRCA1 recognizes a 22kD protein. This antibody stains 94% of ovarian carcinomas with a mutation in exon 11. However, staining was absent in 100% of tumors with mutations other than exon 11.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:15-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Ovarian carcinoma. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
Konzentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
