Spezifität This antibody reacts specifically with the epsilon chain of the CD3 complex. This antibody is a pan T cell marker. On the lymphocyte surface, this antibody binds to 22/26/30 kD molecule, which is associated with T cell antigen receptor complex. This antibody reacts with T cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias as well as with acute lymphoblastic leukemias of T cell origin.

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
