This antibody reacts with the beta chain of all products of the gene sub regions DP, DQ, and DR. It stains B cells, interdigitating reticulum cells, Langerhans cells and many macrophages. This antibody does not react with normal T cell and polymorphs but stains activated T cells.

Applikationshinweise
|
Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
