Spezifität: This antibody reacts with CD21 antigen of MW 145 kD, present on the surface of mature B cells. The antigen is present at high density on follicular dendritic cells. CD21 is involved in transmitting growth-promoting signals to the interior of the B cell.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:10-1:25 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
