Produktbeschreibung
| Weitere Bezeichnung | CD194 / CCR4 |
| Swiss-Prot | P51679 |
| Immunogen | Synthetic peptide of human CCR4 protein. AA Sequence: IYSADTPSSSYTQSTC |
| Beschreibung | CCR4 is a chemokine receptor and is preferentially expressed on type 2 helper T (Th2-type) cells. In contrast to other chemokine receptors, the expression of CCR4 and CCR8 on Th2 cells is transiently increased following TCR and CD28 engagement. Moreover, activated Th1 cells up- regulate CCR4 expression and functional responsiveness to thymus- and activation-regulated chemokine. Alternate Names: CMKBR4, C-C CKR-4, CC-CKR-4, CCR-4, K5-5, C-C Chemokine Receptor 4, Chemokine (CC motif) Receptor 4. |
| Spezifität | This antibody is specific for CCR4. Gen Bank no. ref|NP_005499.1| |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Western blot (1-2 ug/ml). Recommended Positive Control: Daudi (a band with an approx. size 42 kDa should be detected). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
| Konzentration | 0.5 mg/ml |
| Buffer | PBS containing 0.05% BSA as stabilizer and 0.05% Sodium Azide as preservative. |
| Lagerung | Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch. |
| Forschungsgebiet | Chemokine, Rezeptoren |
| Beschränkungen | Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar |
