Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung AKT2 / PKB beta
Swiss-Prot P31751
Immunogen Human Akt2. AA Sequence:319-331
Beschreibung Akt, protein kinase B (PKB), is a serine/threonine kinase, which is involved in many cellular signaling pathways and acts as a transducer of many functions initiated by growth factor receptors that activate phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase). Akt2 is amplified and overexpressed in some human cancers.
Spezifität This antibody detects Akt2. This sequence is 100 % homologous in Akt3

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Western blotting (1-2 ug/ml). Use HeLa as positive control. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Konzentration 0.5 mg/ml
Buffer PBS containing 0.02 % sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2 - 8 °C for one month or at -20 °C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
Forschungsgebiet Signaltransduktion
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
