Applikationshinweise ELISA. Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1/2000 - 1/5000. Gel Super Shift Assays: 0.5-1ul per test, In a gel supershift assay it was found to be active against all p65 containing human and mouse NFkB complexes using 0.5ul to 1.0ul per assay. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Buffer Containing 0.01% Sodium Azide
Lagerung Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
