Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Radioimmunoassays. Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/4, Use 50l of the suggested working dilution to label 5 x 10e5cells in 100l. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: Containing 0.2M Tris/HCl pH7.4 and 5-10% foetal calf serum and 0.09%Sodium Azide

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
