|
Human blood group A antigen belongs to a group of carbohydrate determinats carried on both glycolipids and glycoproteins, it is detected on erythrocytes and certain epithelial cells.

Spezifität
|
The antibody HE-193 recognizes blood group A (monofucosyl and difucosyl A antigens with chain types 1 and 2, A antigens with chain types 3, 4, 5, 6) and Forssman antigen.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections. Agglutination. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
