Spezifität This antibody reacts with 150kD alpha 4 chain of VLA-4 (CD49d) found on resting and activated T-cells, B-cells and thymocytes. Clone TA-2 partially inhibits Con A or calcium ionophore/PMA- stimulated T cell adhesion to unstimulated, IFN-gamma or LPS treated endothelial cells in vitro.

Anwendungen
