Spezifität: This antibody reacts with 150kD alpha 4 chain of VLA-4 (CD49d) found on resting and activated T-cells, B-cells and thymocytes. Clone TA-2 partially inhibits Con A or calcium ionophore/PMA- stimulated T cell adhesion to unstimulated, IFN-gamma or LPS treated endothelial cells in vitro.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
