Spezifität
|
This antibody recognises JAM-1, a 40kD cell surface antigen found on the surface of platelets and at intercellular junctions of endothelial cells and epithelial cells. JAM-1 is also known as CD321.

Applikationshinweise
|
Flow Cytometry: 1:10 - 1:50, use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ml. Immunohistology on frozen sections. For immunoprecipitation or Western blotting of human JAM-1 we recommend clone M.Ab.F11, product code ABIN119856. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
