Beschreibung JAM-2, a 45kD transmembrane type 1 protein, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily which is also known as CD322. Alternate Names: JAM-B, JAMB, JAM-2, VE-JAM, VEJAM, C21orf43, Junctional Adhesion Molecule 2, Junctional Adhesion Molecule B, Vascular Endothelial Junction-Associated Molecule.
Spezifität Recognises Mouse junctional adhesion molecule-2 (JAM-2, CD322). In adult murine tissue, CD322 expression is reported to be restricted to high endothelial venules of lymphoid organs, lymphoendothelial cells and endothelial cells in kidney. In humans, CD322 expression is not restricted to endothelial cells, but is also expressed on human lymphocytes.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of 1/10-1/25 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells in 100 ul. Clone CRAM-18 F26 has been reported to inhibit transendothelial migration (2). We recommend ABIN119731 for this purpose. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer PBS, pH 7.4 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
