CD235a is a 36kD glycoprotein expressed exclusively by cells of erythrocyte lineage. Alternate Names: GLYCOPHORIN A.

Spezifität
|
This antibody recognises the CD235a cell surface antigen, commonly known as glycophorin A. This antibody is thought to bind to an epitope between residues 27 - 39. The antibody shows no cross-reaction with CD235b and does not recognise trypsinized cells.

Applikationshinweise
|
Flow cytometry: Neat - 1/10, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Recommended Positive Control: Blood smear. Haemagglutination: 1/10 - 1/100. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
