Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/10 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections.

CD47 is a heavily N-glycosylated 47-52kD molecule.
