Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: PBS, pH7.4 containing 0.09% Sodium Azide and 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
