Beschreibung: Invertase hydrolyses the terminal non reducing beta D fructofuranoside residues in beta Dfructofuranosides. It is the enzyme that bees use to convert nectar into honey. Industrialand confectionary applications use yeast invertase to split sucrose into fructose andglucose and also to improve the shelf life of food products.

Spezifität: This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-GoatSerum as well as purified and partially purified Invertase [Candida]. Cross reactivity against Invertase from other sources is unknown.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Invertase [Candida] in a standardsandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Goat)and (ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 3,000 to 1: 12,000 of thereconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/5,000-1/25,000Western Blot: 1/500-1/3,000Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 10.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01%(w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.Reconstitution: Restore with 5.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).

Lagerung: Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with 5. 0 ml of deionized water (orequivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior toimmediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
