Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: To detect hGDF-3 by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) this antibodycan be used at a concentration of 0.15 - 0.30 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatiblesecondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant hGDF-3. Western blot: To detect hGDF-3 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hGDF-3 is 1.5 -3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Hintergrund: GDF3 is a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family and the TGF-beta superfamily. This group of proteins is characterized by a polybasic proteolytic processing site which is cleaved to produce a mature protein containing seven conserved cysteine residues. The members of this family are regulators of cell growth and differentiation in both embryonic and adult tissues.
