Immunogen: Highly pure (>98%) recombinant hSCGF-beta (human Stem Cell Growth Factor beta).

Beschreibung: This cytokine stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic precursorcells from various lineages, including erythrocytes, lymphocytes, granulocytes andmacrophages. It acts synergistically with other cytokines, including IL3, GCSF, GMCSF andFLT3 ligand and suppresses SCF-stimulated erythrocyte proliferation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity ofHuman SCGF-beta (30.0 ng/ml), a concentration of 2.5-5.0 µg/ml of this antibody isrequired. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human SCGF-beta by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/wellantibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. Thisantigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated anti-Human SCGF-beta(PP1106B1 or PP1106B2) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant Human SCGF-beta. Western Blot: To detect Human SCGF-beta by Western Blot analysis this antibody can beused at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant Human SCGF-beta is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, undereither reducing or non-reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
