Beschreibung: This cytokine stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic precursorcells from various lineages, including erythrocytes, lymphocytes, granulocytes andmacrophages. It acts synergistically with other cytokines, including IL3, GCSF, GMCSF andFLT3 ligand and suppresses SCF-stimulated erythrocyte proliferation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Direct ELISA: To detect Human SCGF-Beta by Direct ELISA (using 100 µl/well) aconcentration of ~1.0 µg/ml of this antibody is required. This Biotinylated antibody allowsthe detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human SCGF-Beta. Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human SCGF-Beta by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 µl/well) thisantibody can be used at a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/ml. Used in conjunction withpurified anti-Human SCGF beta antibody (PP1106P1 or PP1106P2) as a Capture antibody,allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human SCGF-Beta. Western Blot: To detect Human SCGF-Beta by Western Blot analysis this antibody can beused at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant hSCGF-Beta is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under eitherreducing or non-reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives.Label: Biotin conjugated.Reconstitution: Restore in sterile PBS containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml.

Lagerung: Store the antibody prior to reconstitution at -20°C. Following reconstitution the antibodycan be stored at 2-8°C for one month or at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch.
