Beschreibung: Two retinoblastoma related proteins, p107 and pRb2/p130 are structurally and functionallysimilar to the product of the retinoblastoma gene (pRb/p105). Both proteins play afundamental role in growth control. The highest percentage of undetectable levels and thetightest inverse correlation with the histological grading and with PCNA expression in themost aggressive tumor types were found for pRb2/p130, which may suggest an importantrole for this protein in the pathogenesis and progression of lung cancer.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 25-1: 50 in an ABC method (30 minutes at room temperature)Recommended Positive Control: TonsilOther applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 - containing sodium azide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
