Applikationshinweise Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (has been successfully used in confocalmicroscopy at 1/50 using the HepG2 cell line). ELISA (in a simple ELISA using 1 g of antigen coated per well and alkaline phosphataseconjugated anti ovine IgG for detection, the 50% OD was observed at an antibody dilutionof 1/1000). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
