Produktbeschreibung

Produktmerkmale Synonyms: Luciferin 4-monooxygenase
Swiss-Prot P08659
Immunogen Highly pure Luciferase from Photinus pyralis (Firefly), whole native molecule.
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon 06-942
Beschreibung Luciferase from the firefly has become one of the more widely used reporter proteins forthe study of gene expression. Luciferase catalyzes a bioluminescent reaction whichrequires the substrate luciferin as well as Mg2+ and ATP. Mixing these reagents with thecell extract containing luciferase, results in a flash of light that decays rapidly. This lightcan be detected by a luminometer. The total light emission is proportional to the luciferaseactivity of the sample.
Spezifität This antibody reacts to Luciferase. Species: Insects. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise ELISA: 1/6K - 1/24K. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
