Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunoblotting: 1: 5 to 1: 10 when using the ECL method. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: 0.15 M Phosphate buffered saline with 0.1% BSA and 0.09% Na-AzideECL: 5% milk powder in TBST
