Spezifität: Specific for flagellum protein present in most Salmonella species. Known to react with the following species: paratyphi A, tennessee, enteriditis, westphalia,anatum, cubana, cook, pullorum and gallinarum. Reactive with serogroups A, D, E1, E4 and R.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Broadly reactive in ELISA : a starting range of 1: 20 - 1: 200 is suggested. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml (OD280 nm, E0.1% = 1.

Buffer: 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2 containing 0.09% sodium azide as preservative and nostabilizers.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
