Spezifität: This antibody recognizes an epitope of the variable region (V gamma-3) gene product. Antibody from clone 536 immunoprecipitates the TCR heterdimer with two subunits ofapparent molecular mass of 52 and 42 kDa. The antibody 536 stained < 1% of cells in adult thymus (AKR), splenocytes, lymph node,adult CD4-8- thymocytes and adult CD4-8-, T splenocyte. 92 % of day 14 old Balb/c fetalthymus, 86 % of C57BL/6 dEC (Thy-1+) and 94 % of AKR dEC (Thy-1+) stained positive usingthis antibody.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Can be used for Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, histological and FlowCytometric analysis (1 g/1x10e6 cells/test). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/ml (OD280 nm)

Buffer: 0.01 M PBS, pH 7.2 containing 1% BSA as stabilizer and 0.09% SodiumAzide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
