| Beschreibung | Antiserum is developed in rabbit by using purified human beta-2-microglobulin as immunogen. Rabbit IgG is purified by protein A chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 10mM phosphate buffer, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative. |
| Spezifität | A single arc was shown while the antibody was reacting with part-pure human beta-2-microglobulin by Immunoelectrophoresis. Nothing was shown when the antibody reacted with normal human serum. Similar specific reactions were observed when the antibody was tested by western blot assay. |
