Beschreibung: Antiserum is developed in rabbit by using hemoglobin A1c as immunogen. Affinity purified IgG is obtained by synthetic peptide coupling affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 20mM MES ( 2- ( N-Morpholino ) ethanesulfonic acid ) , 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 5.8, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.

Spezifität: This antibody specifically recognized human HbA1c in western blot analysis and ELISA.

Applikationshinweise: Titre: 1.42 mg/ml, determined by absorbance at 280 nm and using 1.38 as the extinction coefficient

Reinheit: Determined by SDS-PAGE ( blue stain ) , showing that the IgG constitute was 96.8% of total protein.

Lagerung: For continuous use, store at 0-5 degrees
