Beschreibung: IgY(.Fc) antibody to human cTnI is developed in duck by using synthetic peptide as immunogen. Affinity purified IgY (.Fc ) is purified by cTnI (peptide) coupling chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 10mM phosphate buffer, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.

Spezifität: This antibody specifically recognized recombinant human cTnI in western blot analysis.
