Beschreibung

IgY(.Fc) to human hepsin is developed in duck by using synthetic peptide as immunogen. Affinity purified IgY (.Fc ) is purified by hepsin (peptide) coupling chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 10mM phosphate buffer, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.
