Beschreibung: IgY(.Fc) antibody to HbA1c is developed in duck by using hemoglobin A1c as immunogen. Affinity purified IgY(.Fc)is obtained by synthetic peptide coupling affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 10mM phosphate buffer, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.
