Beschreibung
|
IgY(. Fc) antibody to human ferritin is developed in duck by using purified human liver ferritin as immunogen. Affinity purified IgY(.Fc) is obtained by ferritin coupling affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a solution in 10mM phosphate buffer, 0.14M sodium chloride, pH 7.2, containing 0.02% NaN 3 as a preservative.

Spezifität

A single arc was shown by Immunoelectrophoresis while the antibody was reacting with part-pure ferritin and normal human serum. Similar specific reactions were observed when the antibody was tested by western blot assay.
