| Format | Affinity-purified |
| Isotyp | IgG1 (Passende Sekundärantikörper) |
| Klon | 6G3 |
| Beschreibung | Specification: Anti-Human Arginase Antibody, Clone 6G3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody against human arginase ? liver type. |
Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve. |
| Lagerung | Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C. |
