Spezifität: This antibody is specific to alpha form of DNA topoisomerase II. It stains the nuclei of immunoreactive cells. This antibody is useful in the staining of small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung carcinoma and breast carcinoma.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:15-1:35 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature antigen unmasking is required prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Nuclear
