Spezifität: This antibody reacts with CD21 antigen of MW 145 kD, present on the surface of mature B cells. The antigen is present at high density on follicular dendritic cells. CD21 is involved in transmitting growth-promoting signals to the interior of the B cell.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane

Konzentration: 1 to 4 ug/ml

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
