Produktbeschreibung
| Weitere Bezeichnung | Oestrogen Receptor |
| Immunogen | Recombinant human estrogen receptor protein. |
| Format | Supernatant |
| Isotyp | IgG1 kappa (Passende Sekundärantikörper) |
| Klon | 1D5 |
| Spezifität | This antibody is specific to estrogen receptor, which is associated with superior prognosis and a better response to endocrine therapy. The nuclei of the estrogen receptor positive cells stain very strongly with this antibody, without any staining in the cytoplasm. However, on cryostat sections a positive staining of estrogen receptor in the nucleus as well as cytoplasm can be seen. |

Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25 to 1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Western Blotting (1:50 to 1:100) |
| Konzentration | 100ug/ml approximately |
| Buffer | This antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin fraction containing sodium azide as preservative. |
| Lagerung | Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label. |
| Forschungsgebiet | Hormone, Rezeptoren |
| Beschränkungen | Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen. |
