Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with acute lymphocytic leukemia T-cells.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotyp IgG1 kappa  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon 12E7
Spezifität This antibody reacts with the MIC2 gene products expressed on the cell membrane of lymphocytes, cortical thymocytes, Langerhans' islet cells, granulosa cells of the ovary and Sertoli's cells of the testis. This antibody reacts strongly with Ewing's Sarcoma and peripheral neuroectodermal tumors.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
