Spezifität: This antibody reacts with a 92 kD pro form and 86 kD active form of MMP-9. MMPs are proteolytic enzymes capable of degrading connective tissue components. MMPs play a crucial role in tumor cell invasion and metastasis. This antibody cross reacts with human and Guinea pig. It does not react with mouse, rat and cow.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues.
