Immunogen: Pool of human kappa light chain isolated from the urine of patients with Bence Jones Proteinuria.

Format: Ig-fraction

Spezifität: Traces of contaminating antibodies have been removed by solid phase absorption. Only the kappa precipitation line appeared in cross immunoelectrophoresis. This antibody is well suited for tissue section staining but may be used for other applications also.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:20-1:40 for immunofluorescence technique. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that the final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30-60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the end user.

Konzentration: 100ug/ml approximately

Buffer: Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum conjugated with fluorescein isothiocynate isomer 1, containing sodium azide as preservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-80 C in dark. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
