Spezifität: This antibody is specific to a 120 kD protein HIF-1, which is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta subunits. HIF-1 is a key component of a widely operative transcriptional response activated by hypoxia, cobaltous ions and iron chelation. HIF-1 activates transcription of hypoxia-inducible genes.
