Beschreibung The free form of AFC can be used as a fluorescent marker and standard in fluororometric caspase assays. Solublize the AFC powder in methanol or DMSO (1 mM) and then dilute it into aqueous buffer at different concentrations within the 0-4 μ M range. Read 100 μ l/sample.
