Human Tryptase alpha/beta 1 (TPSAB1) Interaktionspartner

  1. Basal serum tryptase in children with actual drug hypersensitivity is not a risk factor for severe systemic reactions

  2. Increased TPSAB1 copy number is associated with multisystem disorder.

  3. this study shows that active cow's milk-induced enterocolitis syndrome children have higher serum tryptase levels compared to resolved disease

  4. CD3 (zeige CD3 Proteine) showed a positive correlation with tryptase and microvascular density, while multiple regression analysis efficaciously predicted microvascular density depending on CD3 (zeige CD3 Proteine) and tryptase as predictors, supporting a complex interplay between these cells in sustaining tumor angiogenesis in Diffuse large B cell lymphoma patients.

  5. We found the determination of serum tryptase levels over time to be a reassuring correlate of clinical improvement in pediatric mastocytosis

  6. Elevated serum tryptase and ET-1 may be markers of increased coronary instability; some cytokines may be related to the extension of CAD.

  7. these data suggest that the expression of tryptase is regulated by SCF (zeige KITLG Proteine)/C-KIT signaling via the ERK1/2 and p38MAPK (zeige MAPK14 Proteine) pathways.

  8. Urine tryptase beta was increased in patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome compared to controls.

  9. Results demonstrated serum tryptase levels in colo-rectal cancer (CRC (zeige CALR Proteine)) patients before radical surgical resection.

  10. Circulating tryptase level is associated to obesity related parameters and has a close relation with various metabolic risk factors for subclinical atherosclerosis

Mouse (Murine) Tryptase alpha/beta 1 (TPSAB1) Interaktionspartner

  1. Following TNFalpha (zeige TNF Proteine) treatment, increased elastase and tryptase modify the balance between activation and deactivation, elevating active chemerin (zeige RARRES2 Proteine) concentration in adipocyte media and subsequent CMKLR1 (zeige CMKLR1 Proteine) activation.

  2. transcriptional activation of mouse mast cell Protease-7 by activin and transforming growth factor-beta is inhibited by microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (zeige MITF Proteine)

  3. Because mMCP-6 and mMCP-7 can compensate for each other in this mouse disease model, the elimination of both tryptases is necessary to reveal the prominent roles of these serine proteases in joint inflammation and destruction.

  4. TGF-beta stimulates mmcp-7 transcription through the Smad3-Smad4 pathway as well as c-fos induction

Tryptase alpha/beta 1 (TPSAB1) Protein Überblick

Protein Überblick

Tryptases comprise a family of trypsin-like serine proteases, the peptidase family S1. Tryptases are enzymatically active only as heparin-stabilized tetramers, and they are resistant to all known endogenous proteinase inhibitors. Several tryptase genes are clustered on chromosome 16p13.3. These genes are characterized by several distinct features. They have a highly conserved 3' UTR and contain tandem repeat sequences at the 5' flank and 3' UTR which are thought to play a role in regulation of the mRNA stability. These genes have an intron immediately upstream of the initiator Met codon, which separates the site of transcription initiation from protein coding sequence. This feature is characteristic of tryptases but is unusual in other genes. The alleles of this gene exhibit an unusual amount of sequence variation, such that the alleles were once thought to represent two separate genes, alpha and beta 1. Beta tryptases appear to be the main isoenzymes expressed in mast cells\; whereas in basophils, alpha tryptases predominate. Tryptases have been implicated as mediators in the pathogenesis of asthma and other allergic and inflammatory disorders.
