Weitere ELISA Kits für OPN5 Interaktionspartner

Zebrafish Opsin 5 (OPN5) Interaktionspartner

  1. A novel opsin (zeige RHO ELISA Kits) isoform, Opn5m2, exhibits UV light-sensitivity when binding to 11-cis (zeige CISH ELISA Kits)-retinal. It displays distinct molecular properties and broad distribution in the retina and brain.

  2. Opn5m proteins in zebrafish, Xenopus tropicalis, mouse, and human are also UV-sensitive pigments.

Human Opsin 5 (OPN5) Interaktionspartner

  1. Expression of the hNP (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) gene on the mRNA level, evaluated based on peripheral blood, is significantly higher in the patients with MRD than in the healthy subjects.

  2. Data indicate that opsin5 (OPN5) photoreceptor mediates light-induced Ca(2 (zeige CA2 ELISA Kits)+) response.

  3. It dissects a schizophrenic susceptibility gene, NRG1 (zeige NRG1 ELISA Kits).

  4. Opn5m may work exclusively as a short wavelength sensor in the brain as well as in the retina with the assistance of an 11 (zeige DCAF7 ELISA Kits)-cis (zeige CISH ELISA Kits)-retinal-supplying system.

  5. UV photoreceptor in human beings OPN5 triggers a UV-sensitive Gi-mediated signaling pathway in the mammalian tissues.

  6. Genetic variation of the hNP (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) gene may contribute to molecular mechanisms of bipolar disorder and some aspects of memory and intelligence.

Mouse (Murine) Opsin 5 (OPN5) Interaktionspartner

  1. These results suggest that the neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits)-NRG1 (zeige NRG1 ELISA Kits) signaling system has a role in pathological processes underlying temporal lobe epilepsy by regulating the activity of parvalbumin (zeige PVALB ELISA Kits)-expressing interneurons, and that neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) regulates E/I balance and gamma oscillations through NRG1 (zeige NRG1 ELISA Kits)-ErbB4 (zeige ERBB4 ELISA Kits) signaling toward parvalbumin (zeige PVALB ELISA Kits)-expressing interneurons.

  2. we demonstrate that neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) inactivation protects against the impairment of hippocampal functions and the depressive-like behaviour induced by chronic stress or high levels of corticosterone. Consequently, we suggest neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) is a potential target for clinical interventions for the management of stress disorders

  3. Age-dependent variation in different brain regions were found in neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits) expression.

  4. mouse corneal circadian rhythm is also photoentrainable ex vivo, and this photoentrainment likewise requires OPN5. Our findings reveal a light-sensing function for mammalian OPN5, until now an orphan opsin (zeige RHO ELISA Kits)

  5. Opn5m may work exclusively as a short wavelength sensor in the brain as well as in the retina with the assistance of an 11 (zeige DCAF7 ELISA Kits)-cis (zeige CISH ELISA Kits)-retinal-supplying system.

  6. Thus, ErbB4 (zeige ERBB4 ELISA Kits) signaling induced by neuropsin (zeige KLK8 ELISA Kits)-dependent processing of NRG-1 (zeige NRG1 ELISA Kits) contributes to the modulation of synaptic plasticity via regulation of GABAergic transmission.

  7. OPN5 was capable of activating heterotrimeric G protein Gi in a UV-dependent manner

Beschreibung des Gens

Opsins are members of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein)-coupled receptor superfamily. This opsin gene is expressed in the eye, brain, testes, and spinal cord. This gene belongs to the seven-exon subfamily of mammalian opsin genes that includes peropsin (RRH) and retinal G protein coupled receptor (RGR). Like these other seven-exon opsin genes, this family member may encode a protein with photoisomerase activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
